so it's pretty lame when ap week and a new laptop passes for a major change in my life, but i guess i almost feel like that's the case right now
but either way it does mean one substantive thing, which is basically that i now have another couple months where i get to choose what i want to learn rather than being limited to what my last-year-self wanted me to learn this year
